Westpac hosts GBA Study Tour 2013
12 November 2013
GBA member world banks arrived in Sydney for a three day study tour from Wednesday November 6. Day 3 included a visit to Westpac's Kent Street staff branch.
There were presentations from Diversity and Sustainability around flexible work issues, female inclusion and leadership as well as the wider issues around community and sustainability.
Much of the feedback from GBA members to presenters and the organisation revolved around: the passion people brought to their roles and their work in the organisation, as well as the high level of team work and synergy.
Delegates had a chance in the afternoon to capitalise on what they had seen of Sydney on the Thursday evening at the official dinner. Held at O Bar and Dining in Australia Square, dinner in the revolving restaurant didn’t disappoint.
