Overview
This session will explain why you are targeted for an inspection, when you need to report an injury or illness, how to prepare for an inspection, how to deal with the OSHA Compliance Officer during an inspection, and your options if you receive a Citation.
Why you should Attend
Many employers are unfamiliar with the OSHA inspection and Citation process and therefore end up with worse results than those who are prepared.
