Brené Brown is the author of five No. 1 New York Times best-selling books; Rising Strong, Daring Greatly, Braving the Wilderness, The Gifts of Imperfection and Dare to Lead. Her brand new book, Dare To Lead exposes the essential actions to cultivate braver, more daring leaders and create a culture of courage. Brené's TED talk, The Power of Vulnerability is one of the top five most viewed TED talks in the world, with over 35 million downloads.
This July, research professor at University of Houston, Brené Brown presents her skills-based, data driven, immediately actionable playbook for developing brave leaders and courageous cultures.
Brené Brown has spent the last 20 years studying courage, vulnerability, shame and empathy and the last seven years focusing on courageous leadership.
Her latest study included 150 interviews with C Suite executives across a range of industries; from Fortune Tens to community organisers. It revealed that in a complex, rapidly changing environment with an insatiable demand for innovation, one thing is clear: WE NEED BRAVER LEADERS AND MORE COURAGEOUS CULTURES.
In this special half-day seminar, Brené Brown will equip Australian leaders and their teams with the step by step framework and skills to become braver, more daring leaders and embed the value of courage in team culture.
