She has four children, including two daughters who live with her in Perth. Sharon Warburton – Executive Director Strategy & Finance, Brookfield Multiplex Sharon has been smashing glass ceilings around the globe in the two sectors with the lowest female participation rates (construction and mining) for more than 20 years. She is currently a CFO, a strategist, a Non-Executive Director and an NFP Director. She contributes her successes to hard work, cross cultural experience, great mentors and a powerful sponsor. She is also the founder of the online mentoring site Steel Heels. The vision of Steel Heels is to increase the self-confidence of working women – Sharon believes we should not underestimate the power of supporting our emerging leaders of tomorrow. Sharon is the 2014 Western Australian Telstra Business Woman of the Year, and the 2015 NAB Women’s Agenda Australian Mentor of the Year. And most importantly she is mum to five-year-old Miss Chloe. When not working Sharon enjoys the coastal lifestyle, teaching her daughter to swim and relaxing in the sunshine with a good book! She regularly escapes her daily life to explore other countries and cultures with her daughter. Tracey Clarke – General Manager, NAB Retail Tracey was appointed General Manager, NAB Retail WA in October 2014 where she is very proud to lead a team of over 500 people across the state who are all united in their mission to help NAB become the most respected Bank in Australia and NZ!
