AGSM Executive Education has developed a 1 day program for organisations to measure and drive a customer centered culture. The program is built around an analytical tool called the Market Responsiveness Index (MRI) which has been developed by an Australian academic and consultant Dr Linden Brown. This tool allows teams, business units and entire organisations to assess how well they are currently equipped to respond to their market. The MRI tool is included as part of the program, with participants having the opportunity to gather data regarding their organisation to drive their participation on the program, as well as get an insight into the different customer culture profiles of the organisations of the people that attend the program.
