Jo-Anne is the head of the Due Diligence, Corporate Secretarial and Accounting teams at Red Consulting International.
After holding senior finance positions, Jo-Anne continues to act as the Company Secretary for a number of ASX listed companies and is a troubleshooter for a variety of ASX and unlisted public companies.
As the lead partner in the due diligence team Jo-Anne guides her team to leverage their experience gained while dealing with listed company transactions. They also undertake a range of commercially focused reviews for small to medium enterprises. This includes detailed forensic accounting reviews. The due diligence team aims to provide private companies with the opportunity to identify the true value in a transaction.
